At SILKSILKY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium silk purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like silk underwear and customized pieces are final sale.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our Returns Center within 30 days of delivery to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours and send a return authorization along with the appropriate return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your silk items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and ship the parcel using a trackable mailing service to ensure safe delivery.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and passes our quality inspection, we will process your refund or exchange to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
